1. Using Lethir
These terms govern your use of the Lethir website and advertising workspace, operated by Lethir (“Lethir,” “we,” or “us”). By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding agreement. If you use Lethir for a business or another person, you confirm that you have authority to act for them and accept these terms on their behalf.
2. Your account and permissions
Provide accurate account information and protect access to your email and sign-in links. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your workspace. Tell us promptly if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.
Connect only ad accounts you are authorized to manage. You are responsible for obtaining the permissions and rights needed to submit campaign data, ad copy, images, websites, and other material.
3. Advertising tools and AI
Lethir provides reporting, campaign drafts, account audits, and AI-assisted analysis when enabled. Reports reflect the last successful sync and each platform’s attribution settings. Demo content is illustrative. Suggestions and AI responses may be incomplete or incorrect and do not guarantee conversions, revenue, savings, or other results.
Review campaign details, budgets, tracking, targeting, and recommendations before approving changes. You remain responsible for your advertising decisions, platform charges, and compliance with advertising laws and platform policies. AI analysis does not independently launch campaigns or approve changes.
Features may depend on third-party approvals, credentials, account access, and availability. Google, Meta, and other providers have their own terms and policies. Lethir is an independent service and is not endorsed by those providers.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use Lethir for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or infringing activity; upload malicious code; attempt to access another user’s data; bypass access controls or usage limits; disrupt the service; or use it to violate another person’s privacy or intellectual property rights. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, or sensitive personal information in analyst prompts.
5. Content and intellectual property
You retain your rights in the material you submit. You give Lethir permission to host, process, and transmit that material as needed to provide and secure the features you use, including sending relevant data to connected platforms and, when enabled and used, the AI provider.
Lethir and its licensors retain rights in the service, software, design, and branding. These terms give you permission to use the service, not ownership of it. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners. We do not guarantee that AI output is unique or free of third-party rights.
6. Fees and third-party costs
Any Lethir fees, billing periods, cancellation terms, or paid-feature conditions will be disclosed before you purchase them. Advertising spend and other third-party charges are separate and remain your responsibility. These terms do not by themselves enroll you in a paid subscription.
7. Availability and ending access
We may update, change, or discontinue features. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks, legal requirements, or violations of these terms.
You may stop using Lethir at any time and disconnect ad accounts through Connections. Disconnecting Lethir or ending access does not stop campaigns or cancel charges at an ad platform. Manage those directly with the platform. Contact us to request account deletion; data handling is described in our Privacy policy.
8. Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free reports, or particular advertising outcomes.
To the extent permitted by law, Lethir is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including lost profits, revenue, or opportunities arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable consumer rights.
9. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms as the service changes. The date above identifies the current version. For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice through the service or another appropriate channel and obtain agreement where required by law. Updated terms apply prospectively.
