CUSTOMER STORIES

See the decisions behind the numbers.

Useful case studies show what an advertiser saw, what they changed, and what happened next. Verified Lethir customer stories are coming. We’ll publish them with customer permission and the context you need to judge the results.

Start with the example below to see how a campaign question can become a considered next step. It is an illustrative workflow, not a customer story or a claim of improved performance.

Find the spend. Check the evidence. Make the call.

A campaign is spending without attributed conversions. Before changing the budget, a business owner wants to understand what the numbers can—and cannot—tell them.

  1. See where the budget went

Sync the selected Google or Meta account to bring the latest reporting into view. Record the last-30-day reporting window, spend, and conversions, and check attribution settings in the ad platform before interpreting the numbers.

  2. Find the questions worth asking

Use audit flags to focus your review. Check conversion tracking and allow for conversion lag. When AI analysis is enabled, ask the analyst to summarize the last-synced data and suggest questions to investigate.

  3. Choose your next move

If the evidence supports a budget or status change, review the proposed action before approving it. The owner stays in control of whether the change is applied.

  4. Learn from what happens next

Keep a record of the decision, then sync again after an appropriate observation period. Compare equivalent reporting windows and account for other changes before deciding what the result means.

The output: a documented review, a reason for your next step, and an approved action if warranted. This example does not establish a ROAS increase, cost reduction, or time saving.

The context that makes a result useful

Our published case studies will include the business context, platforms, baseline, reporting dates, actions, and measured outcomes. We’ll explain attribution limits and other factors that could affect the result, so you can assess what applies to your own campaigns. A single customer’s results will not be presented as a guarantee.
